Configuration & System Integration
Emerson Network Power has established itself as an industry leader in provisioning innovative, multi-vendor enclosure configuration solutions. This integration expertise assures customers of a ready-to-go package precisely tailored to individual requirements.
DC power systems and radio equipment can be custom configured,engineered and integrated into virtually any application. Our capabilities include wiring, cabling and interconnection as well as the incorporations of printed circuit board guides, card fames, filters, signal alarm modules and more - in short, whatever the application requires.
Compliance Engineering
Wireless Infrastructure Solutions from Emerson Network Power display an awareness of compliance requirements contained in Telecordia, NEC, UL, local inspection and other standards. Two Emerson Network Power testing laboratories are available for mechanical, environmental, thermal and FCC compliance testing.
These processes include testing for integrity in heat management, acoustic suppression, environmental control, wind and rain, and EMC among other critical functions. We test each component for quality then test the entire integrated package of enclosure, power system, cabling and ancillary items to ensure it functions well as a unit.
Custom Cabinet Solutions
Emerson Network Power solutions comprise a willingness to customize standard cabinets to meet your needs, and the ability to design and fabricate special enclosures and configurations 'from the ground up' for unique situations.

Expertise in heat management puts Emerson Network Power at the forefront of base station design and equipment integration. Emerson Network Power Thermal Solutions manage temperature sensitive radio and other cell site equipment to provide proper cooling and heating. Emerson Network Power enclosures ensure the optimal environment for expensive electronic equipment.
Typical of such solutions is the unique DC-powered air conditioning system, developed by Emerson Network Power for E911 deployment, which keeps your critical electronics at safe operating temperatures even when AC power is lost.

Pre-staging & Configuration
Pre-integration component testing confirms that individual components are compliant with functional specifications. Components are assembled per design specification and operationally tested in a system configuration prior to site installation. Finally, the equipment is set up for a burn-in period to make sure that the system does not fail upon arrival at the installation site.
Following the burn-in, a series of diagnostic tests are performed verifying the configuration. The staged electronics are mounted, cabled, tested, and labeled to guarantee interoperability. Finally, the equipment is repackaged for shipment to the installation site(s).
Project Management
Whether the installation is a single bay of equipment or a complete site build-out, all projects are managed to assure all aspects; engineering, materials and installation are coordinated to meet the project timeline. Emerson Network Power's team of project managers is focused on meeting customer expectations for turnkey projects from project inception through job completion.
Emerson Network Power experts serve as a single point of contact. Customer's rely on us to manage third-party services and to smoothly integrate hardware from a variety of sources and manufacturers. Customer satisfaction is always the measurement of success.
Materials Management

24x7 Technical Support & Field Service
We have a dedicated support service available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from Emerson Network Power's Technical Assistance Centers (TACs). We provide you with an immediate interface to Emerson Network Power's experienced, technical experts.
Once a case is logged, Emerson Network Power works with you from the initial incident through complete resolution. These services feature highly skilled technical support engineers (TSE) who can deliver remote support via phone or e-mail for diagnosis and resolution of power system issues and outages. Emerson Network Power ensures hassle-free fault resolution.
When requested, a TSE can coordinate an on-site resource to perform a scheduled equipment replacement, emergency on-site technical troubleshooting, or a system field upgrade on a time and material basis. You can have a fully qualified Emerson Network Power Field Engineer available as though they were a member of your operations and maintenance staff.
