The C3R4P wall/pole-mount terminal closures terminate twenty-five unprotected pairs or protect a maximum of twenty-five pairs with either gas, carbon or solid-state. The units are equipped with plastic-sheathed cable and can be used in non-pressurized cable applications only. All standard configurations are stub up.
The C3R4P backplate is equipped with a #6 ground wire connector and thirty-two strategically located 3/4-inch grommet holes for wire entry during new installations and rehabilitations. The closure, made of heavy gauge mill-galvanized steel treated with a unique finishing process for longer life, is also equipped with a single 1.5-inch grommeted base that allows installation of wires. The fasteners and hinges are made of high quality stainless steel.
