The RN-type wall/pole-mount terminal terminates twenty-five unprotected pairs or protects a maximum of twenty-five pairs with either carbon or gas tubes. The closure, made of heavy gauge mill-galvanized steel treated with a unique finishing process for longer life, is equipped with a single 1.5-inch grommeted base that allows for the installation of drop wires into the closure. The backplate is equipped with a #6 ground wire connector and sixteen 3/4-inch grommeted holes for wire entry during new installations and rehabilitations.
The unit is ideal for new construction or rehabilitation of existing plant.
