Avocent® Matrix High Performance KVM
It’s the next generation of broadcast extension for even more flexible content creation, production and delivery. Soon to be released, this new offering leverages the success of the Avocent AMX and HMX product lines to create a unified, best-of-breed platform. The Avocent Matrix combines the instantaneous switch time of the Avocent AMX system with the digital quality and advanced management features of the Avocent HMX system.
Avocent® Analog KVM Extension (AMX)
The Avocent® AMX™ Analog High Performance Matrix KVM solution is designed for organizations that need to provide workers the ability to quickly and seamlessly access and share one or more computing resource(s) which are physically separated from their work environment. AMX uses direct connect technology to provide fast switching between resources.
Digital KVM Extension (HMX)
The HMX™ Digital High Performance Matrix KVM solution is designed for organizations that need to provide workers the ability to seamlessly access and share one or more computing resource(s) which are physically separated from their work environment. HMX leverages industry standard IP technology and existing network infrastructure to provide sharing and switching between resources separated by large distances.
