3U Distributed Power Front-End

Emerson Network Power produces three 3U high modular ac-dc front-end power supplies for systems that use distributed power architectures (DPA) and intermediate bus architectures (IBA). Both power supplies are suitable for hot-swap and N+1 redundant applications.

The HPS15 has an output power rating of 1,500 watts. It has a 180 to 264 Vac input range, and is available with a main output voltage of 24, 28, 30, 48, 54 or 60 Vdc. As standard, the power supply also produces a 5 Vdc @ 5 A standby output; this is optionally available as a 3.3 Vdc @ 3 A output. A 12 V @ 4 A or 24 V @ 2 A fan output is also available as an option.

The DS2900 has an output power rating of 2,900 watts with a max current of 240 amps and output voltages range from 10.8 V to 13.2 V. This high power product is equipped with all the latest advancements in digital technology utilizing both primary and secondary DSP's for total control flexibility. With the AC and DC on the same side, the DS2900 is set up for "glitch free" blind mate hot plug applications.

The HPS3KW has an output rating of 3,000 watts. It has a 180 to 264 Vac input range, with active power factor correction, and produces a main output of 51.4 Vdc @ 57 A. The power supply also produces a 5 Vdc @ 5 A standby output.
