Return Material Authorization Request Form

Emerson Network Power will contact you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number or a request for additional information if needed. This Repair Report is provided at no charge with each product repair. Emerson Network Power will only provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) at no charge for products that have:

  • Exceeded the TL9000 return rate thresholds or
  • Are non-compliant with published product design specifications.

All other requests will be performed for an additional fee to be quoted at the time of the request:

  • Repair Report - We provide detailed failure analysis indicating what failed on the product and the steps taken to correct it.
  • Root Cause Analysis - We go to extreme lengths to explain why the component(s) failed on a product. This may include containment activities and/or vendor or third-party analysis and reports.

  Shipment of returned product should use proper electrostatic discharge precautions: pack the product in a suitable container, including antistatic material and appropriate shipping container, preferably the original packaging.
