Our repair services team provides both warranty and non-warranty product repairs. They can also upgrade products to the highest available revision, apply engineering changes and enhance the functionality/performance of your products.

Our team can continue these quality services long after the products warranty period, evaluating failures and providing analysis on failing components and trends. These repair services are available on a 'per incident' quotation or as a termed contract.

Longevity of Repair

If your products require multi-year post-warranty repair, our Longevity of Repair service provides repair assurance for a fixed number of years with a predictable price model.

Repair policies and return material authorization (RMA) policies and procedures can be viewed in the Emerson Network Power Global Repair Policy.

Repair Request Tracking

You can track your returned product by using our Service Request Reporting tool available on our Customer Resource Center (CRC) portal.

Online Repair Request.To receive a Repair Request number please fill out the Repair Request form and submit it. You will receive a Repair Request number once your Service Request has been accepted and entered.
