Emerson Network Power offers warranty for all standard products, including internally installed devices and board products. Emerson Network Power warrants that all products delivered under this Contract will be free from defects in material or workmanship and will substantially conform to the Emerson Network Power's applicable specifications. For software Products, Emerson Network Power warrants the media to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days. The warranty period for both product and software begins on the date of shipment from the Emerson Network Power's applicable facility. If a product is repaired or replaced under warranty, the warranty will continue only for the period remaining on the original warranty.
The standard product warranty can extended for one, two or three years to match your product life cycle. Extended Warranty covers all repairs during the term of the agreement and provides for a replacement product in the event the original product is unrepairable.

Any service and/or repair request for a product in which the factory warranty period has expired or has been invalidated is considered a non-warranty service. The costs of non-warranty service and repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
Our repair services team provides both warranty and non-warranty product repairs. They can also upgrade products to the highest available revision, apply engineering changes and enhance the functionality/performance of your products.
Our team can continue these quality services long after the products warranty period, evaluating failures and providing analysis on failing components and trends. These repair services are available on a 'per incident' quotation or as a termed contract.
