AC-DC Power Supplies

Covering a power range of 2 to 4,920 watts, Emerson Network Power's range of low to medium power AC-DC power supplies include open-frame and enclosed models, DIN rail power supplies, external power adapters and power factor correction modules. Our products are mainly comprised of highly configurable modular power supplies and rack-mounting bulk power units.

Low to Medium AC-DC Power Supplies
Emerson Network Power's portfolio of low to medium power AC-DC power supplies is especially extensive. Covering a power range of 10 watts to 5 kilowatts, the standard AC-DC power supply product range includes open-frame and enclosed models, DIN rail AC-DC power supplies, external power supply adapters and power factor correction modules.

Medium to High AC-DC Power Supplies
Emerson Network Power's range of medium to high power AC-DC power supplies mainly comprises highly configurable modular AC-DC power supplies and rack-mounting bulk power units. These AC-DC power supplies include individual power modules with output ratings of up to 3,000 watts, enabling customers to configure bulk power systems with up to 18,000 watts output capability.

10- to 500-watt Low to Medium Power AC-DC Power Supplies
These power supplies are ideally suited to a wide variety of applications in communications, computing, storage, business systems, test, instrumentation and industrial equipment.

10- to 500-watt Medically Approved AC-DC Power Supplies
These power supplies are available with medical approvals, for applications such as patient monitoring systems and other portable equipment used in medical wards and surgical operating theaters.

Distributed Power Front-End Power Supplies
These include a large number of models that are designed specifically as bulk power front-ends for systems that use DPA or IBA. They include 1U, 2U and 3U high rack-mounting modular power supplies with individual power ratings up to 3,000 watts, which can be used to configure bulk power systems with very high output capabilities.

DIN Rail Mount AC-DC Power Supplies
Most of the low to medium power modules are capable of operating from standard single-phase 115- or 230-volt AC mains supplies, with auto-selection of the appropriate voltage. The medium power modules offer a choice of single-phase or three-phase inputs, while the highest power modules are designed solely for three-phase supplies.

External AC-DC Power Supply Adapters
Emerson's range of external freestanding power adapters are available for class I or class II applications. Note that the AC input cables themselves are not provided. All the power adapters feature extensive safety approvals.

MicroTCA Power Modules AC-DC Power Supplies
Compact, self-contained power solution for MicroTCA systems can support shelves, cubes and other system implementations, and are fully compliant with the PICMG MicroTCA.0 Revision 1.0 specification.

LED Drivers
Emerson Network Power's driver and power supply portfolio addresses both indoor and outdoor environments and are manufactured with Ingress Protection (IP) ratings, up to and including IP67. The range of products also covers operating temperatures from -40 C to +70 C. Dimming control is available on many enabling system-level lumen and energy management. To address the variety of applications, current and voltage combinations enable solutions for different combinations of LED strings.

Fanless/Conduction-Cooled AC-DC Power Supplies
Emerson Network Power has introduced its first series of fanless, fully-enclosed ac-dc power supply line. The LCC250 AC-DC power supply series offers IP64 protection against the ingress of dust and water; wide operating temperature range and is extensively protected against fault conditions making this series ideal for demanding sealed box and outdoor applications.
Enclosed AC-DC Power Supplies
Emerson Network Power offers cover kits for a number of its open-frame ac-dc power supply series. The cover kits are designed to simplify mechanical integration of the power supplies into customers’ systems at the same time providing an extra measure of electrical safety for service personnel.

Power Supply Racks
Emerson Network Power prodices three series of shelf racks allowing multiple units to be designed into a high power capacity system. These racks allow for complete system power outputs ranging anywhere from 1,400 watts to up to 36,000 watts fully populated and depending on configuration options. All models are 1U or 19-inch racks and can support multi-rack paralleling systems.
