LOUIS (October 26, 2011) – Emerson (NYSE: EMR) has earned three honors from top publications in the technology industry – a No. 94 ranking on Software Magazine’s 2011 list of the world’s 500 largest software and services providers, a No. 108 ranking on the InformationWeek 500 list of technology innovators, and recognition on the CIO 100 for innovative use of technology.
The Software Magazine ranking is based on total worldwide software and services revenues for Emerson’s fiscal 2010, including revenues from software licenses, maintenance, and support; training and software-related services; and consulting.
