Value Added Resellers
Value Added Resellers are subscription based partners. This segment of partners broadly covers a large portion of solution resellers who takes interest in the Emerson brand and products.
Value Added Resellers may directly interface with authorized distributors for potential sales of UPS products. They are potential candidates to move up to the level of becoming Value Added Partners with more privileges and exclusive ties with Emerson Network Power.

Eligibility to Promotions
Value Added Resellers are eligible to join promotions initiated by Emerson Network Power or its authorized distributors, unless specified to be exclusive to other partner categories. These promotions could jumpstart sales and accreditation to other Uptime Partner categories. These promotions can be in the form of rebates, discounts or outright prizes.
Emerson Network Power provides fast-response warranty support, including full replacement of products and the availability of warranty extensions. If a Liebert product requires warranty service, it will be repaired at the customer’s location or replaced.
Value Added Resellers have access to the Uptime Partner portal
(www.emersonnetworkpower-partner.com) with limited access to the publicly available information. The portal offers information on products, support materials like brochures, flyers and products webcasts.
Subscription to Newsletters
Value Added Resellers are subscribed to the monthly newsletters of Emerson Network Power intended for Uptime Partners. This monthly newsletter features updates on Emerson solutions and products, market trends, valuable information from white papers and webcasts.
How to become a Value Added Reseller
Interested resellers may sign-up to become Emerson Network Power Value Added Resellers (VARs). Upon receipt of your registration, you will be subscribed to the newsletters and communication updates from Emerson Network Power.
